1 - As fresh flowers and foliage are living products, there are occasions when particular varieties may be unavailable. Whilst every effort is made to source products accordingly, sometimes we are unable to obtain a particular type of flower. All fresh flowers and foliage are subject to availability and stringent quality checks; as such Little Lillies reserves the right to use a similar flower in place of the previously chosen flower.

2 - Once flowers have been confirmed, you will not be allowed to make any significant changes after the order has been placed without additional fees. We will however try to make small changes where possible to accommodate your needs.

3 - All monies received are non refundable and non transferable to the discretion of Little Lillies.

4 - If 'Little Lillies' are unable to deliver the bouquet then we will make every effort to deliver to a neighbour or where feasible, leave in a safe place. If none of these options work then the bouquet will be brought back to the Little Lillies workshop where you will be notified that it is available for collection. We are able to reattempt delivery for a small fee.
